This version is used during the construction and operating phases of a project (after financial close)

The user sets the design configuration including all plant capacities.

The user sets the draw down of funds during the construction phase. He typically obtains these figures from the bidders' proposals or from the contract with the selected contractor.

The user has the ability to override all annual macro-economic country figures such as the inflation and currency exchange rates.

The user also has the ability to override all annual market survey figures (product demand and prices)

The user sets the draw down of equity and loans during the construction phase. He typically obtains these figures form the lenders' proposal or from the loan offer/documentation.

The user sets the actual financial results during the construction and operating phases.

This version can also be used during the planning and development phases of a project (as Project Developer).
