This version is intended for use by qualified accountancy firms who specialize in auditing project finance and PPP models. It allows them to open and audit Promoter files produced by their clients, to check the basis against project documentation and to carry out "what if" analyses.

It is similar to Promoter Developer version and contains a calculation engine but it lacks the new project set up wizard, the ability to reconfigure the project files and the ability to save them (reconfiguring and saving might compromise the work undertaken by the original model developer).
