Project Investor

This version is used during the negotiation, construction and operating phases of a project. 

• The user sets the design configuration including all plant capacities.
• The user sets the draw down of funds during the construction phase.  He typically obtains these figures from the bidders' proposals or from the contract with the selected contractor.
• The user has the ability to override all annual macro-economic country figures such as the inflation and currency exchange rates.
• The user also has the ability to override all annual market survey figures (product demand and prices)
• The user sets the draw down of equity and loans during the construction phase.  He typically obtains these figures form the lenders' proposal or from the loan offer/documentation.

This version can also be used during the planning and development phases of a project (as Project Developer).
