Project Developer

This version is used during the planning and development phases of a project.

• the user sets the design basis and the software produces a parametric capital cost estimate of the project.  This allows the user to make capacity changes to the plant.
• the user sets the ratio of the foreign to local currency and the software calculates the draw down of funds during the construction period.  It splits these costs into local and foreign currency elements.
• The user sets the funding basis and initial debt to equity ratio and the software produces the draw down of equity and loan funds over the construction period.

This model allows the user to explore alternative project configurations and determine their effects on the project viability.  And it produces the pro forma financials for the developer to make initial contacts with potential investors and funding agencies.
